  56.      static taglines and nice tagline managers.  Apex takes care of
  57.      these oversights.  FREEWARE.

  63.      a specific file filter (*.*, etc.) like error reports for uploading to
  64.      a support BBS.  Designed for the developer by allowing him to config-
  65.      ure the filter and conference information and disallowing changes by
  66.      the users.

  70.      Blue Wave 2.2 <-> QWK convertor program - Converts BlueWave mail pack-
  71.      ets so they are readable by QWK mail readers and convert REP replies
  72.      back to Blue Wave format.  BlueWave door by George Hatchew currently
  73.      run on Maximus (1.0 and 2.0), Opus, QuickBBS (2.75 and up), Remote
  74.      Access, Telegard (2.5 and 2.7) and SuperBBS (1.16 and up) systems
  75.      A port to TAG is on the list, with PCBoard, Wildcat!, Spitfire and
  76.      TriBBS under consideration.

  81.      favorite QWK reader.  It includes everything needed to integrate

  83.      other QWK reader programs as well.  Best of all, it's free.

  87.      Utility to combine one or more QWK files into one.  This program is
  88.      entirely command line driven and supports the use of wildcard file-
  89.      names.  It supports whichever archive program the user chooses to use. 
  90.      It will create the PERSONAL.NDX file if told to do so.  It can be set
  91.      up in under a minute and best of all, is free!

  115.      EZ-Utility will convert a mail packet in ProDoor ZipM format into QWK
  116.      readable format.  It will perform the inverse -- from REP into text
  117.      file that can be uploaded using the ASCII protocol.  It's freeware.

  119. FidoQWK 1.18 (FIDOQ118.ZIP) by Geoffrey Sy
  120.  
  121.      This program is an echomail processor for FidoNet systems to transfer
  122.      mail with QWK systems.  It does the same function as Q/R/TNet for QWK
  123.      networks.  It allows any FidoNet compatible BBS systems to transfer
  124.      mail with any QWK host systems.  FidoQWK generates *.MSG files which
  125.      can be used for tossing by any Fido compatible boards.

  129.      Utility program to re-create the index files so that they skip messag-
  130.      es from a list of users.  This will let the user read the mail, and
  131.      never seeing messages from those who the user does not want.  It is
  132.      very fast and can filter up to 50 names.  It's freeware.

  141.      Program to quickly removes duplicate messages from QWK and REP pack-
  142.      ets, even across multiple packets.  Kill QWK Dupes is compatible for
  143.      multi-BBS, multi-door and multi-node operations; can be used by users,
  144.      netmail Sysops and Sysops with QWK compatible mail doors.  It main-
  145.      tains its own CRC file which is smaller than most other dupe checking
  146.      mail doors.  And of course, it is very flexible and configurable.

  150.      Utility for Remote Access boards that can create QWK packets from the
  151.      command line.  This allows Sysops to create mail packet for users
  152.      immediately after mail polling.  This is similar to the feature Pre-

  183.      base, MNET converts the incoming net status QWK packet from the host
  184.      bbs into a REP packet which may be uploaded into the QWK-mail facili-
